Generator Monitoring
Why Should You Install a Monitor on
Your Commercial Standby Power System?
Increased Power Outage Readiness
This makes the monitor an invaluable tool for discovering generator problems before a utility power failure event.
The monitoring system can be setup to notify the generator service provider directly in the event there is a problem with the generator thus eliminating the need to call for service.

Power Outage and Generator Self-Test Notifications for Your Business
The RMS monitors the generator throughout a periodic self-test cycle. This test cycle is typically performed automatically once per week.
Once the test interval has completed, the system sends either a “exercise complete” or “missed exercise” message to the customer and/or generator service provider.
Remotely Monitor Fuel Level and Total Run Time
This information can be used to track fuel consumption and alert the customer to a “low fuel” event.
Automatic Transfer Switch Position Notification
This feature allows the customer to view whether the transfer switch is currently in the utility or emergency position.
This is useful in determining that the generator is actively supplying load to the household or business.
Remote Start Capability
This app is typically web based.
